查尔斯·希斯，全称：查尔斯.狄奥多西.希斯， 英文：Charles Theodosius Heath，(1785年3月1日- 1848年11月18日)，英国人，是雕刻师,货币和邮票印刷商,图书出版商和插画家。1840年,查尔斯和弗雷德里克.奥古斯一起雕刻了世界上第一个邮票--“黑便士”。

查尔斯·希斯，全称：查尔斯.狄奥多西.希斯， 英文：Charles Theodosius Heath，(1785年3月1日- 1848年11月18日)，英国人，是雕刻师,货币和邮票印刷商,图书出版商和插画家。他是詹姆斯·希斯（James Heath）的儿子，“希斯雕版家族”的第二代，第二代中的佼佼者。他与父亲同时参与了《不列颠版画画廊》的制作。1840年,查尔斯和弗雷德里克.奥古斯一起雕刻了世界上第一个邮票--“黑便士”。
