范志强(长沙理工教授)的个人简介

范志强,男,1982年2月生,汉族,中共党员。2005年6月毕业于湖南大学应用物理系,2010年在该校取得凝聚态物理博士学位,随后进入长沙理工大学任教。

范志强,男,汉族,中共党员,1982年2月出生,博士,讲师。2005年毕业于湖南大学应用物理系,获学士学位,2007年由湖南大学凝聚态物理硕士提前攻读凝聚态物理博士学位,2010年获湖南大学凝聚态物理专业博士学位,博士论文《分子器件负微分电阻效应和整流效应的理论研究》被评为湖南大学优秀博士论文。毕业后进入长沙理工大学物理与电子科学学院任教,现为大学物理实验中心副主任,主讲大学物理、固体物理、理论力学、大学物理实验课程等课程。

主要研究方向:纳米材料的电子特性调控与应用研究;功能纳米分子器件的理论模拟与设计研究。

科研项目:主持国家自然科学基金3项,湖南省自然科学基金2项,湖南省教育厅科学基金2项。参与国家自然科学基金2项,高校博士点专项基金1项,湖南省教育厅科学基金1项,湖南省科技厅基金1项。

在Adv. Funct. Mater., Org. Electron., Appl.Phys.Lett., Carbon, J.Phys.Chem.C等国际著名刊物上发表有影响的SCI收录论文30余篇。
