丹尼尔·L·费普的个人简介
丹尼尔·L·费普生于堪萨斯州首府，20年代进入派拉蒙公司，早期从事洗印助理工作。40年代作为照明摄影师，以粗线条转折摄影和豪华的彩色摄影见长，拍摄了不少优秀的影片。1961年由他拍摄的《西区故事》（又译《梦断城西》），荣获第24届奥斯卡最佳彩色摄影金像奖。此外还曾陆续获得过6次奥斯卡最佳摄影提名，如《榆树下的欲望》、《五仙女》、《冰国战云》、《被放逐的人》等。其它主要还有《风流贵妇》、《财色兼收》、《十面埋伏》、《遥远的地平线》、《双妻艳史》等。
