发展和应用蛋白质组学，代谢组学,和化学生物学的技术和方法。研究病原微生物-宿主细胞的相互作用。以细胞和小鼠为主要研究对象研究免疫细胞的抗原递呈机制并发现可能的肿瘤疫苗。发现和鉴别癌症早期诊断的标记物并研究化疗药物的毒理和作用机制。研究氧化还原生物学在衰老和疾病中的功能和作用机制。
